What materials are used in ALPAKA products?
We use high-performance, technical fabrics such as X-Pac®, ballistic nylon, and recycled PET to ensure our bags and accessories are durable, weatherproof, and sustainable.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all ALPAKA bags come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to give you peace of mind on every journey.
Are ALPAKA bags waterproof?
While our products are made with highly water-resistant fabrics and YKK AquaGuard zippers, they are not designed to be fully submerged. They will, however, keep your gear dry during heavy rain.
